Classical Competition

High School Division
- Ages 14 - 18 as of May 24, 2013.
- Cannot be enrolled in a university program.
University Division
- Ages 18 - 25 as of May 24, 2013.
- Graduated high school early and currently enrolled in a university program.
- No undergraduate degree as of September 1, 2012.
Young Artist Division
- Ages 21 - 32 as of May 24, 2013.
  - Ages 21 - 25 must have an undergraduate degree.
  - No degree requirements for ages 25 - 32.

Musical Theatre Competition

High School
- Ages 14 - 18 as of May 24, 2013.
- Cannot be enrolled in a university program.
University/Young Artist Division
- Ages 18 - 32 as of May 24, 2013.

Friday, May 24
- Classical Competition First Round (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.)
- Classical Competition Second Round (10 a.m. - 7 p.m.)

  - Young Artist Division
- There is no Second Round for the Musical Theatre Competition's University/Young Artist Division; all winners from the First Round advance directly to the Semifinal Round on Sunday.
